Wykorzystuję żywioły

Ogień 

Siadam przy kominku w momencie, gdy dopiero nabiera temperatury i dotykam lekko szyby obiema dłońmi tak, żeby poczuć ciepło. Muszę uważać, żeby się nie oparzyć 😊.

Czuję jak to ciepło wchodzi przez moje dłonie do całego ciała. Wchodzi z oczyszczeniem, które daje ogień 🔥

Wyobrażam sobie płomienie, które spalają złośliwe komórki i przemieniają w popiół. „Oczyszczaj mnie ogniu” mówię cicho lub w myślach. Oddaję żywiołowi mój lęk, moje zmęczenie chorobą i mój smutek.

Niech się spalą.

Zapalam codziennie świecę i dedykuję ten ogień moim przodkom. Tego nauczyła mnie jedna z moich terapeutek. Prozę moich przodków o błogosławieństwo i przebaczenie. Niech ogień świecy wypala wszystkie żale i nieporozumienia. Oddaję to żywiołowi.

Woda

Jeśli tylko mój stan mi na to pozwala, wchodzę co rano pod prysznic. Pozwalam, by woda głaskała moje ciało łagodnie. By krople spadały na moją głowę i masowały mój kark. Myję się dokładnie, szczególnie po sesji chemioterapii i mówię „oczyszczaj mnie wodo z wszelkich brudów w moich myślach i ciele. Spraw, żeby wszystko łagodnie przepływało w każdej mojej komórce. Odblokuj zastoje i oczyszczaj.”

Ziemia

Na szczęście lubię pracować w ogrodzie. W ten sposób obcuję z kolejnym żywiołem. Dotykam palcami ziemi, rozgarniam, odżywiam kompostem lub obornikiem, podlewam, przygotowuję miejsce każdej roślinie. Uczę się przy tym, że w naturze ideał nie opisuje się prostymi liniami, symetrią czy rozkładem matematycznym. Natura to pęd do życia, to obrót w stronę światła, to pobieranie z korzeni, aby przemóc choroby lub szkodniki. 

A kiedy zdarzy się śmierć, to na pewno zaraz pojawi się inne życie. 

Jeśli nie lubisz ogrodnictwa, idź w góry albo na pole. Dotykaj skał, zbieraj kamienie i oddawaj im swój smutek i strach. A potem rzuć daleko w pole. Rozejrzyj się przy tym, czy nikogo nie ma w pobliżu :), żeby nie trafić komuś w głowę.
