Co jem

Tuńczyk w puszce i zupka dla niemowląt czyli potrawa dla leniwych

Przyznacie, że czasem się nie chce gotować od zera. Ja wówczas przelatuję wzrokiem szafkę z półproduktami lub tak zwaną żywnością przetworzoną. Najpierw wybieram bazę, a że lubię ryby z puszki, to tym razem chcę pokazać, jak zrobić szybki obiad/kolację. 

Składniki: 

100 gram makaronu świderki

Mały słoiczek potrawy dla niemowląt (ok. 9 g węglowodanów)

3 ząbki czosnku

Kawałek świeżego imbiru

1-2 łyżki oliwy z oliwek

1 łyżeczka sosu sojowego

½ puszki – Tuńczyk w oleju słonecznikowym 

1/3 paczki mix sałat 

Gotujemy makaron wg i instrukcji na opakowaniu. Czosnek i imbir obieramy i kroimy na małą kostkę. W rondelku nagrzewamy oliwę i smażymy krótko czosnek i imbir. Dodajemy ostrożnie zupkę dla niemowląt, dolewamy wodę oraz sos sojowy. Podgrzewamy wszystko mieszając. Wychodzi ładny gładki sos. 

Makaron po przecedzeniu wrzucamy do miseczki, polewamy sosem. Na wierzch kładziemy kawałki tuńczyka z puszki oraz posypujemy sałatą. 

Danie wygląda tak: 

Oczywiście teraz wszystko mieszamy, żeby smaki się połączyły. 

Ja takie potrawy zwykle popijam mlekiem, ale woda też pasuje.

Glukoza przed posiłkiem: 96 mg/dL

Insulina doposiłkowa: 5 j

Alarm godzinę po posiłku: 65 mg/dL (interwencja szklanka soku)

Alarm 1,5 godziny po posiłku: 54 mg/dL

Czyli do takiego posiłku – mimo, że to miseczka makaronu – powinnam dać 4 jednostki insuliny.
