Co czuję

Płaczę

Gdy dziecko płacze, ociera się mu łzy. Gdy dorosły płacze, mówimy „nie płacz”.

Nigdy tego nie rozumiałam. Skoro ciało ma funkcję płaczu, to znaczy że warto z niej korzystać. Płacz to oczyszczenie. Najprostsza z możliwych i najzdrowsza metoda pozbycia się skomplikowanych uczuć. W dobie powrotu do natury to płacz powinien być na pierwszym miejscu. No, może na trzecim – po oddychaniu i wydalaniu. 

Gdy wyszłam po ostatniej sesji chemii, stałam na ulicy i zaczęłam płakać. Moje ciało ma opóźnioną reakcję, więc nie wiedziałam czy to płacz szczęścia czy niepewności. Uznałam, że to oczyszczenie. 

Dlaczego płaczesz?

Odpowiedź nie zawsze przychodzi od razu.

Daję sobie czas na zrozumienie i pozwalam łzom płynąć.
