Co jest wspólnym mianownikiem? „Własne” – wiem doskonale, jak trudno przekształcić w sobie samym zrozumienie, że sytuacja ma wartość neutralną, a tylko moja reakcja nadaje jej plus lub minus.
Mój świat tworzę ja sama. Gdy zachorowałam, wiedziałam, że moje ciało w końcu było gotowe na solidny odpoczynek i regenerację. We wszystkich poradnikach podkreśla się jak ważny jest relaks codzienny. Relaks, czyli wsłuchanie się w ciało, docenienie każdej komórki, zauważenie, gdzie w ciele znajduje się napięcie, połączenie tego napięcia z myślami, które nas niepokoją i uwolnienie ich. Ciało to ja i należy się mu, czyli mniej samej uwaga i czas. Wierzę, że właśnie tego domaga się ciało w czasie jakiejkolwiek choroby.
Ja nie umiałam sama się zatrzymać.
Dzisiaj, w czasie rehabilitacji po operacji i chemioterapii, wstaję o godzinie wygodnej dla mojego ciała i mam cudowny poranek. Bez pośpiechu. Tak chciałam.
