Otoczona miłością

Poczucie, że jest się kochanym to jedna z najważniejszych podstaw dobrego życia.

Jego brak jest bolesny i objawia się bardzo różnie. Poczynając od niskiej samooceny, poprzez ukrywanie uczuć, oziębłość, wściekłość i wiele innych niskoenergetycznych postaw, aż do myśli samobójczych albo występków kryminalnych. Wydaje mi się, że zwykle tak nie patrzymy, że ten, który akurat na nas bezpodstawnie krzyczy w pracy czy na ulicy, to bezsilny i czasem odrzucony od najbliższych człowiek.

W trudnym czasie bardzo ważne jest czuć miłość i zrozumienie najbliższych. Powtarzam to od kilkunastu lat, że dla chorego i jego opiekuna ważniejsze od “co ci przynieść?” jest obecność, chwila na herbatkę i pogawędka o czymkolwiek poza chorobą. 

Miłość uzdrawia i chcę wyrazić moją wdzięczność za to, że czuję się kochana.

Mój Partner i moja Rodzina to cudowność, która mi się przydarzyła. Potem, wiadomo – najbliżsi przyjaciele. Przekonałam się, że w czasie choroby ludzie szybciej przekazują dobre myśli, troskę i życzliwość. Dzięki temu nieustannie od miesięcy dostaję tak dużo ciepła i miłości, że dosłownie czuję się niesiona na rękach. 

I ja to mam – miłość, która daje mi mój czas i moją przestrzeń oraz miłość, która codziennie mi mówi “jestem przy tobie”. 

Życzę wszystkim chorym takiej dobrej atmosfery wokół nich.
