I co zrobić, żeby po takim dietetycznym daniu nie poczęstować się pączkiem do kawy?
Przypomnę tylko, że nie należę do osób, którym na śniadanie wystarcza kawa.😄
Prawie trzymając się zasady głównej, którą przejęłam z książki Georga Weidingera „Proszę, jedz regularnie ciepłe gotowane śniadanie!” Wypijam na początek szklankę ciepłej, ale nie gorącej wody z cytryną. Nie można co prawda nazwać tego zupą, ale już od sześciu tygodni nie jadłam kiełbaski, więc dzisiaj ochota przerasta zasady.
Uzupełniam talerz warzywami. Mam kawałek ostatniego ogórka z ogródka i kiszone pomidory z ubiegłego roku.
Węglowodany: chleb, keczup, mleko w kawie
Tłuszcze: kiełbasa oczywiście, masło
Żeby nie korcił pączek, wypijam kawę do śniadania. W ten sposób może mój mózg nauczy się, że kawa nie musi być z deserem ☺ oraz że kawa z mlekiem to też element posiłku.
Glukoza przed posiłkiem: 124 mg/dL
Insulina doposiłkowa: 5 jednostek
Glukoza po pół godziny od śniadania: 165 mg/dL
Glukoza po dwóch godzinach od śniadania: 78 mg/dL
