Ciastko do kawy? Uwielbiam! Najbardziej pączka domowego z białostockiej piekarni Społem. Jest wielki, ale na pewno ma mniej cukru niż tradycyjne.

W naszych kafejkach i kawiarniach brakuje mi malutkich deserów. Bierzemy więc jeden kawałek do podziału. Jest to jakieś rozwiązanie, ale przyznam, że wolałabym mieć szansę na mini deser. Dla smaku, a nie najadania się po uszy z późniejszymi wyrzutami glukozy i sumienia.

Zauważyłam, że sporo ludzi narzeka teraz na pogodę i ciemności. Dzieci chorują i jest smutno. Na pogodę nie mam wpływu i nauczyłam się cieszyć z każdej aury, ale na nastrój jest wiele sposobów. 

Zimą mamy spore dostawy pomarańczy. Zamiast ciasta lub czekolady, kroję jeden owoc na malutkie kawałki, układam słońce na talerzu i posypuję lekko cynamonem. 

Proste, pyszne i zdrowe. Do kawy 🙂
