Oto ja

prawdziwa, której szukałam tyle lat. Ja, która w końcu chce żyć po swojemu i która dba o to życie. Dla siebie. 

Internet, książki – pełne są teraz trendu typu „zaufaj sobie”. Chyba nie ma lepszej okazji niż choroba albo inne zdarzenie kwalifikowane w naszej zachodniej kulturze jako „nieszczęście”, by dotknąć siebie. Ilu z nas chwyta te okazje i zatrzymuje się, żeby pobyć ze sobą? 

Spojrzenie w twarz nieszczęściu jest trudne. Nie chcemy cierpienia własnego, uciekamy od choroby bliskich w złość na lekarzy, w kieliszek alkoholu wieczorową porą, w stres w pracy. W szkole nie uczą nas podejścia do choroby lub odejścia ukochanej osoby jak projektu, który możemy zakończyć z sukcesem. Nie każdy jest gotowy na wizytę u psychoterapeuty. Stosujemy fazy w produkcji albo uprawie roślin, ale nie wiemy jak sobie poradzić z nieszczęściem, więc martwiąc się, dokładamy swojemu ciału kolejny… hm.. problem.

Nie mamy czasu. Gonią nas zadania i konieczność utrzymania rodziny. Gonimy sami siebie ustawiając sobie zadania „muszę”. Potem i tak przychodzi moment na remont ciała – ale część – jak na przykład pryszcze na czole – na szczęście można zrobić dorywczo.  

Chciałabym napisać, że mój blog nie jest kolejnym poradnikiem. Może trochę jest. Bardziej jednak chcę kontynuować pracę Kaśki, która była moim pierwszym zaskoczeniem po przebudzeniu się po operacji wycięcia raka brodawki Vatera. 

A ponadto moim celem jest: 

  • oddemonizowanie raka 
  • udostępnienie Wam skrótów i interpretacji łatwych do przyswojenia

Wiem, że w chorobie nie macie czasu albo siły na czytanie trudnych książek typu „jak poradzić sobie z rakiem”, więc pokazuję co moim zdaniem warto przeczytać, posłuchać lub zobaczyć

  • pokazanie Wam, jak fajna jest uważność – można się sporo nauczyć o sobie, szczególnie gdy się zapierasz w przekonaniu, że znasz siebie (ha ha)
  • polecanie ludzi, którzy moim zdaniem świetnie pomagają ogarnąć się przy różnych problemach 

Nie jestem profesjonalistą w dziedzinie medycyny. Blog jest wyłącznie moim ograniczonym spojrzeniem na rzeczywistość i nie jest poradą lekarską ani psychologiczną. Zawsze warto udać się do dyplomowanych i doświadczonych specjalistów.
