Co jem

Śniadanie lipcowe  ½ talerza warzyw

To jest moje śniadanie podstawowe. Mówi się, że pół talerza powinna zajmować sałatka, ale przecież rano nie chce się albo nie ma czasu na robienie sałatki i wtedy łatwo z tego ważnego elementu zrezygnować. Ja wykorzystuję dowolne świeże warzywa, aby nie dać węglowodanom przewagi. Nie byłam świadoma, że w mojej dotychczasowej diecie większość talerza zajmowały węgle i tłuszcze, a warzywa były tylko dekoracją. Dopiero, gdy zaczęłam robić fotki tego, co jem do raportów dla diabetologa, zrozumiałam, skąd się bierze tłuszcz na brzuszku. 

SKŁADNIKI:

2 jaja wiejskie od Heleny i Marka z Osmołowszczyzny

2 kromki pieczywa tostowego

masło

kilka liści sałaty z ogródka

1 marchewka ze sklepu

kawałek cukinii żółtej

1 ogórek z ogródka

zioła kto co ma i lubi

sól i pieprz do smaku

Gdy brakuje mi czerwonych warzyw typu papryka lub pomidor, zastępuję je marchewką. 

Warzywa kroję w słupki lub krążki, układam na talerzu, kropię sokiem z cytryny, dodaję soli i pieprzu. 

Smażę jajka na maśle i układam pomiędzy warzywa. 

Gdy tosty stygną na stojaku, zalewam miętę z ogórkiem ciepłą woda do wypicia przed posiłkiem. Po takim śniadaniu mogę spokojnie wypić kawę z mlekiem. 

P.S.

Skorupki od jaj dobrze się myją i łatwo z zdjąć skorki ze skorupki od środka. Gdy wyschną, zrobię z nich mączkę. Przyda się do dosypywania do jogurtów lub owsianek. Kości będą szczęśliwe. 

Glukoza przed posiłkiem: 99 mg/dL

Insulina doposiłkowa: 3 jednostki (Novorapid)

Glukoza 2 godziny po posiłku: 136 mg/dL
